Depeche Mode Tribute Night!

You know you want to!  Check this out tomorrow night at the Elysium.  Doors open at 8 pm.

Matthew and the Arrogant Sea

Up and coming Denton band Matthew and the Arrogant Sea comes to The Parish tomorrow, doors at 9 pm.  If you’re a Fleet Foxes or Bon Iver fan, you’ll want to check them out.  Tickets are $7.30 and you can buy them here.

Skills: An Austin Hip Hop Monthly Night

Skills: A 2010 monthly hip hop night at Club Deville, Jan 22nd being the first show of the decade & the grand kick off.

Skills is a fully Independent event thrown for Austin artists and fans. We welcome all skilled hip hop artists to participate, including: MC’s, Writers, Producers, DJ’s, BBoys and anyone interested in promoting the Austin Hip Hop scene. Email msgstudio@yahoo.com for booking.

We’re going to have an open mic song/beat/DJ routine sign up from 9:30 to 10:30 and groups and DJ’s until 1:45am. The outdoors show is smoking friendly and will continue through midnight, then the show moves to the indoors.

Price is $5.

Forever The Sickest Kids, Artist Vs. Poet, Disco Curtis, The Hit, The Bright Light Social Hour

More pop-punk playing at Emo’s.  Doors at 7 pm.  Tickets are $13 and you can buy them here.

No Mas Bodas, The Weird Weeds, Reverse X Rays, The Man in the Moon

Bonafide weirdo Austin band No Mas Bodas will headline at Club 1808.  Doors at 8 pm.  Call the club for details.
